Went for a walk with Christina. The temperature was between 60 and 64° depending on which thermostat you read. Christina was wearing sweats and I grabbed a blanket for her. I opted not to change into shorts and to wear a pair of light pants.

The sun was shining and it is the stereotypical nice day out. After about a quarter mile, I can feel myself getting warm. By half a mile I knew I should have worn shorts. I really do shower. Everyday! After a mile my shirt was sticking to me and my pants were sticking to me. I could lose some weight, but does it have to be uncomfortable. Christina, just laughed at me.

After a conversation yesterday, it got me thinking about all the walks Christina and I have taken over the years. I remember the time when a walk during the week was 3 mi and a walk on the weekend was five. We were both lighter back then. The weight of the wheelchair has not changed.

We used the Josi Stroller today. I can’t say enough how nice it is. It is so well balanced. We went a little farther than usual today and I chalk it up to using the Josi Stroller. It pushes way much, much easier than the wheelchair.

That reminds me, I’ve been meaning to make a post about the stroller. Giving it a thorough review. Even have some video setting it up and getting Christina adjusted in it. That’s for another day.
