Today for Christina’s Day program AKA pod, they went to a farm market.

We have been there before although it has been a very long time. They have a little bit of playground equipment. Lots of veggies. A small petting zoo, which was really just a couple of donkeys and some goats. The llama didn’t want to be bothered today

Christina had fun. Is it is nice to see her interacting with others. I’m unsure of the other’s ages. I do think there’s quite a bit of a gap but they are way closer to her age than I am. It is good for her to be interacting with peers.

We go 2 days a week. Looking at it from the angle of wanting the best for Christina, I wish it was more. Looking at it from a more realistic angle, 2 days is plenty. Looking at it from my point of view, it really takes a chunk of hours out of the week. I’m not sure how long we’ll be able to continue twice a week. If we find some respite things will definitely change.
